| Tired of having to reset your clock every time you do work on your bike? Well, with this handy little item you won't have to any more. All you do is connect this unit positive(+) and negative(-) battery cables, plug in a standard 9Volt battery and then disconnect the cables from the battery. Once you are done with your work all you do is re-connect the battery cables and remove the clips. Turn your bike on and walla, watch your clock be right where it should be. While a 9V isn't powerful enough to power anything major it will be enough to provide power for factory clocks, most aftermarket digital clocks, and other similar items. Notes: - This unit is only meant to be used to maintain power to small items like clocks. You should not turn your ignition key to the "On" position with this conneced because the bike will draw too much power.
- As with any DC power supply, you should disconnect the 9V battery when not in use. The clip connectors will short out if they connect so care should be taken while the battery is plugged in.
- On test bikes this unit has been connected for three hours and the settings were maintained.
